I am an MA in Public administration & a Diploma holder in journalisim & mass communication.

if you are looking for certifications, i would suggest HRCI, brainbench or ALison certification. if you are looking for a fulltime course in HR like MBA, try XLRI, SCMHRD. MDI-HR, and TISS.
