I'm working as a HR (generalist) & have done my MBA (HR) for future growth. Which is a better option- MSW (Master of Social Work) or LLB?

After graduation, I've done my MBA (HR), currently looking statutory compliance & all HR related issues in factory. What should I do for excellent growth? Is LLB a good option? Which stream should I choose? Is Labour law right?

You should opt for LLB over MSW.

I suggest llb because you will get to know laws and rules and regulations and will have a more firm grip instead of getting into social work. Social work yes of course is good but llb is much better.

Pankaj you can opt for MSW as against LLB and this is based on the fact that your existing qualification and work experience can be used more in MSW related career.

LLB is best option. As an HR Guy , you can specialize in Labor Laws at PG Diploma / LLM level. MBA(HR) with LLB is a great option for HR people
