I'm working as a PHP developer. I don't have programming skills and interest. Will someone suggest some higher studies?

Being a developer, there are great chances that you are a Bachelor in CS or IT. You must then pursue your higher studies in the same field. If not, then it becomes reinventing the wheel. One cannot run from programming in today's world and if you are doing so, you are adding trouble to you future.
