I'm working for 2.5 years & running a small business. My aggregate in BE is 60%. Can I get public universities in Germany?

My IELTS overall band score is 6.5 & A2 aggregate is 60.8% in BE (mech), 70% in Diploma, 85 % in 10th, Germany? I have published research papers. Along with all of these, I have some project competition certificates and curricular activity certificates.

Hello, Germany Public University would be highly ambitious with the aggregate score of 60% marks especially in mechanical engineering. As the academic requirement is from 65% marks -70% marks in Germany.
