It is not necessary to change the field. You can use your MBA knowledge for your current field and it become value addition to your current job for promotion and further career growth.

It would be better if you go for distance MBA in hotel management as it would be more aligned to your work-experience domain. But if you want to change it altogether, you may try for good distance learning colleges like NMIMS, IMT-CDL, SCDL or SMU-DE.
