Yes, you can do Diploma in MEC, but it is better if you prepare for other exams also like SSC, UPSC etc. You can also do Diploma and degree courses regular or distance from IGNOU in arts/LLB/Science courses, which will be much better career wise and you can also visit www.swayam.gov.in which provides free certificate/Diploma courses online.
