I m working in small scale induaty as an engineer .will it reduced my chances of getting in to symbiosis or Xavier or other top bschool.

It does not matter where do you work. Interview board looks at relevance of earlier work experience. If you can showcase your industrial learning and its relevance to management field , you stand good chance of admission in a good institute.
