I m working in small scale induaty as an engineer .will it reduced my chances of getting in to symbiosis or Xavier or other top bschool.

It does not matter where do you work. Interview board looks at relevance of earlier work experience. If you can showcase your industrial learning and its relevance to management field , you stand good chance of admission in a good institute.

Dear rahul, First of all don't feel that you are working in small scale so you would facing any problem in admission. if you are intelligent, hard working , positive and having passion towards your life to achieve good education and growth than no body can stop you . Although every good university or college whether in india or abroad they looking for bright student with knowledge . So be positive and do well in your future. All the best
