I'm writing the exams for 1st year CSE department & got a management seat. Can join this college? I want to take transfer in the 2nd-year.

I am writing exams for 1st-year of BE (CSE branch), Management seat, VTU University and got 6 points in the 1st semester.

    If both the colleges are affiliated by the same university, by giving valid reasons, you can transfer your college. If both are affiliated by different universities, then you can't get a transfer from your college for the 2nd year.
