Hi CA & MBA are totaly different area, if you are intrested in management then go for MBA & I guess to have idea about CA. Discused with your leader / boss on same they will assist you.

Nita, under the circumstances it would be helpful if you do MBA with specialization in HR. Ofcourse being a C.A. is also preferable but then you should have time for it and incase you want to persue with the job then it would require a herculean effort from your side for completing C.A. Where-as MBA
