I'm yet to get the result of MH-CET and BITSAT. I got a call from VIT. Is it advisable to block a seat at VIT?

I've appeared for XII ISC. Results are yet to be declared. I had scored 96.8% in X. I'm planning to appear for MHT- CET and BITSAT. I had appeared for VITEEE and secured 18129th rank. I've got a call from VIT. Is it advisable to block a seat at VIT now?
