Rajesh, please re-pharase your question and write down the subjects you have studied in XIIth. Now, if it is science (PCM group) subjects then go for AIEEE exam for engg. If you have PCB subjects then you may try for PMT exam or for B.Pharm. If you have Arts subjects then I suggest you do BA.
