First know your interest. If you are okay with mechanical then go for bits as it is best of all. If you are really interested in software and go to Vasavi it is one of the best college in Hyderabad with good curriculum which help you to shine in field you choose. I hope I was helpful.

Although BITS-Hyderabad has got a good reputation, Vasavi CSE branch has got a good return on investment. You can decide based on your preference for branch, location and fees too. All the best.
