i mean that if my over all percentage is less than 60% in degree do i get free seat in top colleges.

Some institutes have the provision of one free seat for the topper (candidate with the highest percentage). But on the lower side of percentage marks there is nothing like free seat. Dear Friend, There are different criterias for different colleges and some colleges prefer entrance or cut off list, I suggest you to go through the website of college or personally visit the college and understand the criteria.
