I might fail in 2nd PUC Kannada exam, can I apply for a college before supplementary exams?

I went to the exam but was unable to complete the paper. I started to vomit blood in the exam hall and I wrote only for 25 marks. I was not willing to quit but I had to do. Can I get a seat in St. Joseph Commerce College, Bengaluru.
