A problem is unlikely since your qualification after your engineering will be counted, but some people in the interview board may raise the question. You can explain then and there.

Hi friend.
If your having a gap of 2 years after completing intermediate well you can write the engg entrance exam and get selected for the college of your choice. When you apply for the jobs you might have to justify a proper answer during the time of interview why you had this gap.
All the best.
