Yes, you can, but for that you should have great score in that, as that is the first preference of the students scoring 250+ in JEE, and no one wants to miss that. So, choose accordingly.

Yes, IIIT Hyderabad also takes the admission on the basis of JEE Main ranks. But, it always goes very high, as high as 210 marks.
