You should go for the 2nd round or kindly read the information brochure on the official website of UPSEE. -
check information brochure on "www.upsee.nic.in" , I think there is verification going on for those who missed first round counselling

I also missed that councelling in round 1 document verficatin step now they are telling that I am not eligible so what did u do ? -
