I missed writing JEE but want admission in IIT only. Should I drop a year for the same?

Hello Juned, Please do not worry about IIT. There are many better colleges if you really willing to learn. Or willing to do something new. If you want admission only in IIT, then you have to drop a year, or otherwise, you will have to take admission in another college. But think first about which course you want to do or what is your aim.
