Hi Kapil, entering the field of voice can be tough, but first make a portfolio of yours and give voice to some existing animated english movies as a proof and send it to the studios. Other route is to somehow get in and then change tracks. For your knowledge Walt Disney himself gave voice for mickey for 30 years, and the third voice belonged to a class 4 employee, so you can see the range as i explained above.
