I need a solution to my profile to pursue PhD in management through distance/correspondence,and what are the mandatory requirements
Alongwith with univ's?i am BE(MECH) passed in 1997 & have 7yrs IT exp,but todate it is 15yrs a gap so can u let me know how to proceed with my profile,no masters done.

Ph.D. can be pursued any time and there is no issue of gap. Experience of work does not count as far as Ph.D. is concerned. However, unless you have master degree in engineering, you can not pursue Ph.D. in India. But, in USA, UK and Germany many universities offer Ph.D. directly after B.E. if you p

As per my understanding there will be only few university which will be offering PHD thorough distance learning. It will be advisable to clear NET- JRF exam. as most of the university consider it for PHD admission.
