You can change college within the same university in 1st, 3rd & 5th semester, within 15 days of declaration of previous semester result, provided your college gives NOC and next college where you are seeking admission has at least one seat available in IT branch.

As said correctly @Dr.Goutam ! I would just add up one can change the college under the same University. Changing Universities is less of an option available. However, to change your college, you would require permission for relieveing from your current college i.e. the NOC and also need a permissio
