I need admission in MBBS & have passed 12th exam, my pass marks are about (65.5%), how should I proceed?

Hello Zaiba,
If you want to do MBBS, then thumbs up because you have chosen a way which requires a lot of hard work and luck too. Cracking MBBS in India has become very difficult if you are a general student. But hard work can pay you off. Start studying with biology from NCERT followed by chemistry and physics. Try to make notes and have revision time to time. Do last year question papers of NEET.
