I need help as to PGCET MBA both round seats are not being allotted.

The college i got in first round was also not allotted and didnt get any seat in the second round either. The college i got in first round are not taking admissions through pgcet ,and pgcet is not replying regarding the seat allotment or about the college /fees paid to reserve seat in 1st round also
