I Need information on Edexcel University regarding their BTEC NHC ? is it AICTE approved ? is it equivalent to a B.A or B.Sc in india ?

i want to understand what a BTEC NHC is because i never heard of it before ? is it a graduate program which allows you to also pursue post graduate studies or no ?
