I need international certificate in education to teach arts in international schools in secondary grade. i've master degree in visual arts.

I am not indian and not planing to stay in india but right now living in india and doing my PhD.I found out diplomas in education in india do not recognize outside! Even oxford's TTC courses are not international! Is there such a course to make my goal? As i want to be international school teacher.
