I need some help with admissions in LPU University, Punjab.

Hi there, first you need to register yourself with the LPU website. The admission counselors will help you in the process of admission. You can take admission in over 250 programs offered by LPU in various streams depending upon your interest and eligibility criteria for various programs.

Dear Meghana, Being alumni of LPU. I can help you with admissions at LPU, Punjab. There are around 400 courses for students on offer, within a variety of faculty members, including economics, law, performing arts, management, engineering, fashion design, journalism, and zoology. Students can gain a Diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degrees. All courses at LPU are taught in English so it is required that all students applying for admission should have strong reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of the English Language. To make the process simple and hassle-free a student can follow certain steps in order to take admission to LPU. Step 1 - Signup Register onto admission. Lpu. In with basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile No. , State, Gender, and Password). Your email id will act as your username for the portal and the password will be set by you while registering on the portal. You will get a mail on your registered email id regarding this. Login to the admission. Lpu. In with already created username/ password. STEP 2 - Apply for LPU NEST (Eligibility and Scholarship Test) LPUNEST is an online test that acts as a gateway to programme you are interested in. Admission in this programme is done based on performance in LPU NEST. In addition, LPU NEST also acts as a Scholarship test and students can avail huge scholarships based on performance in this test. Deposit the test fee: The cost of the Application form and Soft copy of the LPU NEST Kit is 1000 (for Boys) and 500 (for Girls). The cost of the Application form and Printed LPU NEST Kit is 1500 (for Boys) and 1000 (for Girls). Fill the test application form. STEP 3 - Book the Exam Slot and Appear. Firstly, you need to choose one of your desired programme as LPU offers more than 250 programmes. After that you have to SEE the eligibility criteria and if you fulfill that criteria than you can proceed for your admissions. Hello, As per the current scenario of Lockdown and covid 19, you can take admission to LPU by going to their website even though I took admission in the year 2019 with the online mode even at that time I had more options like out campus admission offices and in-campus admission. For now, Go to the LPU website, Choose your course but yes check the eligibility carefully then follow the steps which are given on the interface. Best of Luck !

The University continues to closely monitor the evolving situation of COVID-19 and is following the guidelines issued by State/Central Government from time-to-time. In response to the current pandemic condition in India, the University has taken the following initiatives to support the prospective students along with the existing LPU community.
