Hi,
The questions in the written test will be strictly as per the syllabus. As for Group Discussion (if there), the topics can be current or related to the Software Industry.
Interview questions can be-
Tell me about yourself.
Why do you wish to be a teacher?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Can you work under pressure? (in the context of handling students)
What are your goals?
What motivates you to do good job?
As far as technical questions are concerned, that really depend upon the nature of profile and various other parameters like your resume, education qualification, prior work experience etc.
