Good place for learning and development. Faculty members of colleges are too supportive and ready to help at any time. The average package of the college goes between 4.5 Lacs to 7 Lacs. The highest package goes between 13 Lacs to 14 Lacs. All the above-mentioned college is good. But if the location is not a constraint I'll suggest you join RIIM Pune for your post-graduation studies. I can strongly say that being a alumnus of RIIM Pune I have grown in various fields. I was not so strong the day I joined RIIM, but the day passed out from RIIM my vision regarding my career was clear. The faculty members of the college are very much experienced in their respective fields and reputed in the education field. They support you in every step. Guide you for your best in every possible manner. Will always show you the right path. If you're lacking somewhere they'll help you to overcome that. The placement team is working hard with every student, they bring top reputed companies to the campus and help students in every possible manner. They do place students nationally and internationally. They say the more you'll be in a competitive environment the more you'll grow. As students come from different parts of the country. Among all these colleges, RIIM Pune is one of the best institute for Management Studies. Being an alumni of RIIM Pune I will share my experiences at RIIM. RIIM Pune offers two programmes for MBA first one is MBA+EMP (4.5 lac) & the second one is MBA+EMP+MDP (6.3 lacs). They provide a degree from Pune University with a dual specialisation course with affordable fee structure. The grooming of the students is phenomenal & the placement is also good. The biggest advantage is that the number of seats is limited, so each student gets personal attention. They have robust plan for industry interactions and conduct mock-interviews for the students. They will provides 70-80-% practical exposure which is required by students to have actual knowledge about today's corporate scenario. The school offers great return on investment as the highest salary offered to the batch was of 17.5 Lacs per annum with an average of 6-7 Lacs per annum and 100 percent placements recorded for almost all the batches which have passed out till now. A degree is merely a piece of paper and it is you who adds value to it by means of internships and acquiring skills. All the above colleges are very good for Management Programs. But in my opinion RIIM Pune is better then others, because of their fees structure. There is a huge difference in their fees structures. RIIM charges for MBA+EMP programme is 4.5 Lacs & MBA+EMP+MDP is 6 Lacs. The best part of RIIM is ROI as I said because of their fees structure its very affordable for every candidate parents. RIIM has good placement records till now, in terms of ROI they are doing great job, being educational hub there are many B-schools in but if you compare in terms of fees and average packages RIIM is doing great job. As a student what we demands a good placement in a reputed firm that's it nothing more than that. RIIM Pune is quiet capable of doing this. RIIM Pune has a number of recruiters like Amazon, Homesfy, Capgemini, Paytm, Swiggy, CCD, ITC, Future Group, Pantaloons, Bose, Khadims, JK Tyre, Amul, Oppo, etc. And many more top leading banks like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Yes Bank, IDBI etc.
