I need the RECENT LIST OF UGC-DEC-AICTE APPROVED DISTANCE LEARNING/ OPEN UNIVERSITIES in India. I got 2009 list but I need 2011 or 2012 list

Hello I want to know about the current list (2011-2012) of UGC-DEC-AICTE approved distance learning universities in India. I have visited the official websites of UGC, DEC, AICTE but I didn't get the joint committee list.. I got the 2009 list, but its not sufficient. Is there any such list?
