I need to do MS in power engineering and I am a EC student and have a aggregate of 7.3 CGPA. So which country will I be good for me.

I know bad CGPA of 2.44/4 with passing CGPA criteria of 2 can get admission in Masters in electrical engineering in TU which is equivalent to 3.34 in german scale. Also LOM, SOP and good score in IELTS matters a lot in securing admission, hence there is a good hope for low GPA students.
