I need to join in VIT University for mechanical engineering. What is the admission procedure and fee structure?

I am doing my B.Tech aerospace 1st year at Bharath University.

Yes you can but you have to take admission as a new student. Like you have to pay the fees and all the processes will be again. But you will get the admission in management quota in 2nd category.
