i need to know about govt affliated medical colleges from where will i get the details....??

my friend is in 12th...she is havng sci stream wd bio as her main subjct....she wanna opt for medicl latr but due to financial problm she z unabl to join private colleges kindly tl the govt colleges she can opt for .....also plz let me know bout the admission criteria for vanasthali vidyapeeth.. :)
