I need to know if I can get admission in Marine Engineering if I'm a compartment holder and am appearing for the re-exam this March. SOS.

I am a class 12th student who appeared in the CBSE senior secondary exam in 2012 but failed to pass the chemistry theory exam. Help would be much appreciated.
