I need to study BBA or B.Com course , but i don't have school certificate which i lost in Tsunami. What should I do now?

Currently i am working in Dubai as a office admin clerk, this is my 9th year, my company wants to upgrade my posting since i have only experiance and i dont have any certificates, so i heard that there are some possibilities to study some course with adddress proof docs like Passport, Ration Card,
