For doing MBA through distance education you may opt for Karnataka state open university or Sikkim-Manipal University, or Symbiosis, ICFAI or even IGNOU. Check out the which one's exam pattern suits you more. All these are UGC and DEC approved institutes and carry good reputation in the job market.

Hi, As per your profile, I would suggest you to continue working for 2-3 years and then opt for full time MBA program. The advantage of this work experience would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
