I need to write a compartment exam. Am I eligible for JOSAA Counseling 2024?

Due to personal health issues I didn't write my maths exam well. So I need to write a compartment exam on July 15, but I got 95.22 percentile in JEE. Am I eligible for JOSAA counseling? Should I give any health issue letter or something?
