I never did A levels, but i would really like to to a uni course in event management, i've been in the field for 2 years, is this possible?

I have 8 GCSE's Portuguese-B Spanish-A* English-D English lit-D Maths-C Science-C Additional science-C Design and technology - B My attendance through school was usually 60%, lets just say i preferred being out and about. What are the chances of getting in to Canada? I'm 18 & from England
