I only have 9.5 CGPA in 12th in Andhra Pradesh and have not qualified any entrance exam, can I get a seat?

Even at 8.0+ you may have to push through. You can start with doing a project in a company that you wish to work with in the 2nd year itself (First years are not allowed). In the 6th semester choose another good company for your Internship. Perform extremely well in these companies. 99% of the cases, the companies you do internship with Offer a Letter of Intent to join them after your engineering. During your Internship itself if they are happy with your work. Again Internships are also fixed by the placement cell. But if you know people who work in the companies you wish to work, they can definitely help you in your cause.
