I paid the Part academic fee in the IPU CET counselling and freezed the seat. Can I get refund if I don't want to go that college?

Yes, you can get the money back but some percentage of the amount will be deducted depending upon the guidelines created by the University. Also, there must be some timeline before which you have to apply for the refund process. Sometimes, you have to call to the university for the refund process or email them : When the timeline of getting a refund is over but you didn't get the refund or when there is no response from the university.
