I participated in engineering 2nd round counselling and locked the college.Now I dont want that college.Can I participate in the next round?

    Well If you want to change the college you can sit in the spot which is float counseling to change the college. All the best.

    Yes you can opt for float option for next round of counselling. So you can participate in the next round of counselling.
