I participated in the counselling of JoSSA but didn't get any seat. Can I participate in CSAB special round?

In JEE Mains I got the CRL rank of 10528 and SC rank of 1039.

    Yes of course you can participate in CSAB special round. In fact it is made for such conditions.

    Also I'll suggest to fill more choices as there will be high chances of getting a college.
