I passed 10th in 82. I have 23 yrs of exp. in software. now want to do BA in shortest time like in a year and MA later from Mumbai univ.opt?

I passed my 10th in 1982 but did not study then. I started working and now have 20+ years of experience in software industry. I want to now do BA-Psychology but want to do it in shortest possible time and then pursue MA in Psychology from Mumbai or Pune university. Can I do it?
