Hello Vignesh I suggest you to complete your 12th with any subject which you feel easier for you to pass from NIOS because it will help you to take admission in good Hotel Management colleges. After 12th you can take admission and start your career as a great cook. All the Best

The eligibility for hotel management institute across India is minimum 12th.
