Yes, you can take admission in any college, but it is depends on the course which you want to do and also the eligibility in different fields.

Taking admission now is not possible, as this is the end of semester now in almost every college. You will be eligible only next year. Till then, you can prepare for entrance examinations if your aimed course requires.
