i passed 12th exam in 2011with 68% so can i apper in aieee 2013?

You need to have an aggregate percentage above 50% in 12th to be eligible for AIEEE. But from 2013 onwards, IITJEE and AIEEE will be replaced by ISEET.

With PCM in +2 and an aggregate of at least 50% you are eligible to appear for AIEEE
