I passed 12th in science stream (PCBM). I'm interested in BBA. Is BBA difficult to science students? Is it easy for only commerce students?

Hi Nisha. It is a wrong thought that BBA / MBA is tough for Science students. I have studied Science, in Hsc , BCA and MSc-C.S etc.but i was so interested in Management. So i did my second degree in Business Administration-BBA.Later Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management(PGDBM). I feel Management / Commerce subjects are more easy to learn. But one thing is true that for HSc-Humanities holders, it is hard to study Problem Papers like Business Maths / Quantitative Techniques, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Cost / Management Accounting etc.But do not think that it is so tough. BBA is a good option to start your career in corporate sector. Administration and Human Resource / HR are best areas for ladies to specialize in . So after your MBA/ BBA , you can apply for HR Executive Posts. Later you can become HR Manager . You can also get employment in L& D Department as Trainer or L& D Associate, L& D Deputy Manager / Manager. You need to posses excellent Presentation and Inter Personal skills for trainer position. L and D stands for Learning and Development Department, which is common in all corporate companies. The main responsibility of Trainers are to conduct Induction / Pre employment trainings, Product Training on the lounging of new products. For higher education,You can specialize in Commerce(M Com), MBA etc.at Masters Level. If interested in Teaching, you can prepare for NET exam. All the best. BBA is a generic basic degree. PCM students do not face any difficulties. In fact you will be in advantage position on Maths Statistics & IT papers. Any Science graduates can easily understand basic concepts of commerce.
