    Hi Nisha.
It is a wrong thought that BBA / MBA is tough for Science students. I have studied Science, in Hsc , BCA and MSc-C.S etc.but i was so interested in Management. So i did my second degree in Business Administration-BBA.Later Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management(PGDBM).
I feel Management / Commerce subjects are more easy to learn. But one thing is true that for HSc-Humanities holders, it is hard to study Problem Papers like Business Maths / Quantitative Techniques, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Cost / Management Accounting etc.But do not think that it is so tough.

BBA is a generic basic degree. PCM students do not face any difficulties. In fact you will be in advantage position on Maths Statistics & IT papers. Any Science graduates can easily understand basic concepts of commerce.
