I passed 12th with pure Science background. I don't have any stable financial background. Is it okay to go for a BCA instead of B.Tech?

Dear Aspirant, Yes, you can go with the BCA degree programme if you are really interested in the computers field. Also, for B.Tech, you must have studied Maths in your 12th class. My friend did the BCA programme from LPU and got placed in an MNC. LPU also offers scholarship to students that helps financially. The School of Computer Application at LPU is ranked among the top 4 Computer Applications Institutes in India by NASSCOM. The highest package for the BCA programme at LPU is 19.25 LPA and the average package is 3.1 LPA. For more details, you may refer to the LPU website. Hope this helps.
