I passed and scored 413/600 in maths, 126 in physics and 138 in chemistry. Can I get B.Sc computer science or integrated 4 years M.Sc CSE?

Admissions are based on merit out of the applications received and shortlisted. At present Integrated M.Sc computer science course is not offered.

Both the courses mentioned by you have good potential for jobs. But between the two I would like to advise you to select integrated 4 year M.Sc since you will pass out with a PG degree that will be a great advantage in job opportunity.
