I passed BBA from Nagpur University in 2013 & am a banker. Which MBA specialization course should I pursue?
I have 3 years of experience in banking sector.

You should go for MBA in banking and finance as it will be more suitable for you. Also, this sector has been growing at a very good rate. Try to get in a top B-School which specializes in banking and finance.

Since, you already have 3 years work experience you can go for Executive MBA which is for 1 year. It will save your time. You can pursue distance MBA too but I would advise you to go for Executive MBA as it has much more value in the market.
